Project Overview:

This project includes the renovation & expansion work for the Casa Marina resort. The renovation works include the guestrooms, public spaces and the pier reconstruction. It also includes the renovation of the beach bar, kitchen, exterior work, and landscaping works. HSE has effectively created a baseline schedule that incorporates the work of all subcontractors and updates it on a monthly basis to give a comprehensive on their progress.
