HSE Scheduling consultants take pride in offering comprehensive scheduling services that enable smooth execution and timely completion of a Master Schedule including more than 60 projects specializing in Wastewater treatment plants for the Prince William County Service Authority. The scope of work for this Portfolio/Program involves comprehensive schedule tracking from the Study Phase to the Design Phase, Bid Phase, and Construction Phase. All schedules are consolidated into a single Master Schedule. Additionally, we ensure that the schedule updates incorporate important details, including Change Orders, to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution. The Master Schedule is further classified into various Capital Improvement programs, encompassing projects related to Water Supply, Sewage Pumping Stations, Water Transmission, and more.
