  • An Apple-generated private relay email address if you choose Hide My Email; and
  • A unique Apple user identifier used to recognize and authenticate your account.

HSE Contractors does not receive or store your Apple Account password. Apple may provide certain information, such as your name, only when you first authorize the application. We may retain the information you choose to share so that we can create and maintain your HSE Contractors account.

Information processed directly by Apple is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

1.3 Project and Client-Portal Information

When you use our application, client portal, or professional services, we may collect information related to your projects and service requests, including:

  • Project locations and general project information;
  • Construction schedules and scheduling updates;

Opting out of SMS messages does not prevent HSE Contractors from contacting you through other methods when permitted, such as email, telephone, the client portal, or mobile-application notifications.

  • Project updates;
  • Schedule changes;
  • Appointment reminders;

  • Service announcements; and

You can disable push notifications through your device settings. You may unsubscribe from non-essential promotional emails using the unsubscribe option included in the applicable email.

We may continue to send essential account, security, contractual, or service-related communications when necessary.

  • Maintain an active user account;
  • Complete project or contractual obligations;

Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, the nature of the project or service, and applicable legal or contractual obligations.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or securely dispose of it.

9. Account and Data Deletion

Users who create an account through the HSE Contractors mobile application can initiate permanent account deletion using the Delete Account option within the application’s account or settings area.

You may also request assistance with account deletion by contacting Scheduling@hsecontractors.com.

We may ask you to verify your identity or account ownership before processing a deletion request.

When an account is deleted, HSE Contractors will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account, except information that we are legally or contractually required or permitted to retain. Information that must be retained will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Deletion of an application account may not automatically delete project records belonging to an employer, client, project owner, or other organization where those records must be maintained for legitimate contractual, project, legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

When an account created through Sign in with Apple is deleted, we will take appropriate steps to revoke or disconnect the associated Sign in with Apple authorization where technically applicable.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request that we:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information;
  • Provide access to certain personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Delete certain personal information;
  • Restrict or object to certain processing;
