Hany Elbanna – HSE Contractors, Inc. – President
Thomas Smith – Project Controls Manager
Aaron Reichelson – Contract Administration Manager/ Claims Analyst
Mr. Reichelson has more than 14 years of experience in the project management field. He has managed some of the largest projects with major construction companies in the east coast. He has also helped develop and improve systems and provided training in project engineering, contract administration, quality tracking, and controlling budget software. He has acquired unique experience in contract administration, project management and cost control. He’s experienced in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and claims management.
Hazem ElBanna – HSE Contractors, Inc. – Partner/Managing Director
Hazem ElBanna has over 19 years of construction field experience. Mr. ElBanna has successfully run the field operations of a variety of construction projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Egypt, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Mr. ElBanna earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Masters Degree in Structural Design from Cairo University. He currently runs our overseas operations out of the United Arab Emirates.
Daniel L Edmiston – Senior Project Controls Manager
For over twenty-three years Mr. Edmiston has worked in project controls in nearly every field of construction or engineering. Mr. Edmiston has worked for engineering firms, construction companies and for EPCM companies. In South Africa Mr. Edmiston has worked on the third and fourth largest construction projects in the world at the time. Mr. Edmiston has been the planner, risk manager, change manager, contract manager and cost engineer and has estimated large change orders and helped to create pre-construction bid estimates. Mr. Edmiston has established and managed staff budgets and project budgets and has managed entire project controls teams. Through forensic analysis of the project schedule, RFIs, and all related documents, Mr. Edmiston helped save one client over $500 million in claimed damages. However, Mr. Edmiston’s greatest accomplishment is in being a father to a wonderful daughter. In addition to that he is a published author which was challenging given his work schedule but was also a labor of love.
Mina Fawzy – HSE Contractors, Inc. – Planning & Cost Control Engineer
Highly experienced skilled Planning, Scheduling and Cost Control Engineer with more than 5 years experience within project controls field, Mr. Fawzy has successfully participated and completed variety of construction projects (industrial, residential, commercial, Oil and Gas). Since he joined HSE, Mr. Fawzy recently completed working on one of Disney’s Magic Kingdon attraction rides, Splash Mountain. He helped create an Earned Value Management process by tying the hours earned to the baseline schedule and its updates. Mr. Fawzy Has a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and is preparing for his PMP certification.
Ramiro Ortega – Planning & Cost Control Engineer
Mr.Ortega has over 10 years of construction and project management experience. Mr. Ortega has successfully completed a variety of construction projects in several countries and has worked in the oil and gas field in the capacity of project control consultant. Mr. Ortega is currently in the process of obtaining a Masters of Business Administration degree. Mr. Ortega is a very hard working individual and is committed to studying the plans and specs of any project to gain a deep understanding of the scope of work to be able to help our clients with professional advice to save time and money.
Mark Marty – Planning & Cost Control Engineer
Mark is a seasoned professional currently working on a 3 year multi-phased $600 million dollar project involving the construction of a 500 room Westin Hotel adjoining DIA’s Main Terminal, including new light rail from downtown Denver. Specifically Mark is the Senior Planner/Scheduling Manager for seven new bridges, utilities and related infrastructure required to support the new hotel. His role involves significant long range planning, end of month reporting, and the integration of $90 million dollars in Change Orders issued to the Contractor. Many consider him a Master Scheduler and he has lead the charge in identifying and recovering some 200 additional calendar days required to complete the work. This was done through several Time Impact Studies that measured the effect Change Orders had against the Baseline planned work. These efforts have been instrumental in the success of the Contractor and why HSE Contractors remains an industry leader CPM Scheduling and Claims Analysis.
Emily Hart – Planning & Cost Control Engineer
Emily has a bachelor degree in construction engineering with a concentration of Construction Management and Technologies. Mrs. Hart is detail oriented and is eager to meet and exceed the client’s expectations by producing high quality work with a quick turnaround time.
Matthew Greco – Senior Scheduling Consultant
Mr. Greco worked with government agencies including the EPA on a $100M Superfund Clean-up project that consisted of the remediation of a river bed, transportation of contaminated sediment, and the monitoring of exposure to both labor crews and public. During this project, which operated 24-hours a day 6 days a week and consisted of seventeen dredge platforms, schedule implementation, updating, and the coordination between several agencies would prove to be the lesson. He has been involved in several vertical construction projects within Boston’s city limits. These include a 32-story high rise where large equipment deliveries and the orchestration of several crews on different floors.
Jack Robinson – Scheduler
Mr. Robinson has a Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University. He has several years of experience in the oil and gas industry and is currently working closely with the scheduling department to help HSE position itself to fully serve the oil and gas industry in the upstream, midstream, and downstream sections.
