Project Overview:

Presenting and serving adults of ages 62 and over, Buckner Retirement Services, Inc. which is one of the largest not-for-profit senior living organizations in Texas, have set to establish a 314-apartments senior living community in North Dallas. Translated from the Spanish word “window”, Ventana is projected to provide its residents with a unique experience aiding them in pursuing the luxurious and independent life they are pursuing.

The $ 120 million 12 story high-rise twin buildings will enclose about 450,000 square feet and sit on nearly three acres in Dallas. Ventana is predicted to feature 189 independent living residences, 36 assisted living apartments, 24 memory care apartments, 48 skilled nursing private suites in addition to 24 short-term rehabilitation suites. In addition to the residences, this remarkable living community is set to include three dining venues – formal, casual and a café-bistro. This is in addition to a Wellness Center featuring a fitness room provided with weights and cardio machines. This wellness center shall also include an indoor heated pool, an aerobics room as well as multi-purpose rooms. Guaranteeing its residents the luxurious life they are expecting and deserve, Ventana will be accompanied by a movie theater, garden surfaced roof terraces, a business center, library, day spa, concierge, valet and underground parking.
