VAMC West Roxbury Research Building CPM Scheduling

The project scope includes a gut renovation of the existing 4,000 SF animal space in building 20, and construction of an 8,000 square foot addition to the current animal facility. The existing space (bldg. 20) will be gutted and undergo a complete renovation including all utilities serving the space. The 8,000 square foot addition will provide a 3000 SF Animal Housing Addition consisting of animal housing rooms and behavioral testing rooms, and a 5000 SF Lab Addition consisting of offices for animal investigators, and a wet lab. The addition shall also serve to connect building 20 to the recently constructed 10,000 SF research building 21.
