The Intelligence and Operations Coordination Center is located on the US Customs and Border Protection campus in Tucson, Arizona. This 30,180 SF steel and masonry structure is the prototype for the Federal Government and is designed to be both smart and beautiful. This two story structure is home for several intelligence gathering governmental agencies utilizing the latest in technology. This facility not only has brains, it has style. The north face blends colored masonry, Kalwall and full height curtain wall systems which are highlighted by a forty foot tall waterfall that cascades into a reflection fountain. The project broke ground in April of 2009 and is scheduled to be completed in January of 2010 at an approximate cost of $10.1 M.
