The scope of work for this project involves demolition, surveying and construction of a new wall façade for the 150 Fifth Avenue, situated between the Flatiron District and Union Square. The project also involves an addition of 2 story floors to the original nine story building with a complete roof deck, and an addition to a new elevator while renovating the old one. Lastly, re-planning and designing the interior of the building including the MEP system. HSE was successful in obtaining approvals on all of the scheduling submittals without any delays to the contractor, crashing the project schedule by 25% of its total duration due to the projects fast track nature.
