Vision 360

Renovation of almost 2000 thousand rooms at Disney’s All Star Movies Resort inside a 16 building hotel. The first hotel with room designs inspired from Disney classics, such as Fantasia and 101 Dalmatians, enhancing the residents experience with the goal for the user to have a more sense of belonging to the space .This is done through selective demolition and renovation inside the existing building to accommodate two new modular classes. HSE was responsible for creating a detailed baseline schedule while developing a general sequence of activities to ensure a smooth operations on site while ensuring optimum usage of the project`s resources
