Project Overview:

The Lithia Springs Campus (ATL) is a massive Amazon Web Services hyperscale campus in Georgia, comprising two full data center buildings: ATL078 and ATL079. This mission-critical development represents a major investment in digital infrastructure and requires detailed coordination across construction, procurement, installation, commissioning, and turnover activities.

HSE provided end-to-end project controls support for the campus, including CPM scheduling and cost-time analysis. Through detailed schedule planning, logic review, progress tracking, and proactive coordination, HSE helped ensure that each phase of the work was carefully planned, monitored, and executed on time.
