Project Overview:

The Northlake Data Center in Northlake, Illinois, was the largest Microsoft data center in the world in 2010. This landmark $500 million enterprise cloud facility required precision scheduling, detailed coordination, and full project controls oversight to support Microsoft’s demanding construction and commissioning requirements.

HSE provided full project controls support, including CPM scheduling, safety and quality control coordination, and project oversight services. Through detailed planning, schedule management, and proactive coordination, HSE helped support the successful delivery of this mission-critical data center facility while maintaining alignment with Microsoft’s exacting standards for performance, quality, and commissioning.
