The three-acre redevelopment project will include 27,000 square feet of retail space; up to 7,000 square feet of restaurant and outdoor dining space; 255 multi-family units; and a public park. The site overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and Palm Beach, with views of the Atlantic Ocean. It is located in a vibrant urban area, just one block north of Clematis Street, adjacent to Class “A” office space and apartments, County Governmental and Court complexes, restaurants and other retailers. HSE was responsible for creating a Preliminary baseline schedule for the project including cost and resource loading on all construction activities.
