The work of the project involves the construction of a new 5-story, 150-unit hotel with a pool, spa and various site improvements. HSE was responsible for creating a detailed baseline schedule for the project including cost and resource loading on all construction activities. HSE was successful in obtaining approvals on all of the scheduling submittals without any delays to the contractor. The project is currently on time.
