To improve the Gantt Chart’s clarity, change the timeline. To zoom in or out, use the timeframe slider at the top of the Gantt chart or the timescale settings in the “View” tab.
In order to do a comparative analysis between the project’s baseline and actual progress, include the columns “Baseline” and “Actual” in your table. Select “Baseline” and “Actual” from the list of possible columns by performing a right-click on the table header and choosing “Insert Column.”
