West Palm Beach Field Station Roof Replacements

The scope of work includes replacement of the B-128, B-129, B-132, and B-134 roofs, add lightning protection, and fall protection to all 4 buildings, blasting and repainting steel purlins at B-132, removal and replacement of hanging lights at B132, removal and replacement of exhaust stacks at B-134. HSE is responsible for developing the project’s baseline schedule as well as the updating of the CPM schedule on a monthly basis.
