The project involved the transformation of Merrill’s four residential buildings with contemporary design elements that complement the original architecture. .In the A&B buildings, finishing touches are being put on some new lounges, the new College Programs Office is getting set up on the ground floor of B, bridges are being constructed, and the elevators are almost ready for use. Inside the buildings, redesigning the MEP works and the ceiling electric circuits was done.HSE was responsible for creating a detailed baseline schedule for the project including cost and resource loading on all construction activities. HSE was successful in obtaining approvals on all of the scheduling submittals without any delays to the contractor.
