The project scope involves replacing deteriorated concrete with asphalt, adding capacity by installing a third lane in each direction where currently there are only two, which will not require additional right-of-way.

Moreover, eliminating the elevated grassy median throughout the corridor and replacing with a concrete median barrier wall. And lastly, widening the I-440 bridges over I-65 to three lanes in each direction.

HSE was awarded the project with a vital role in the creating a detailed baseline schedule including cost and resource loading on all construction activities. The project is currently on time.
