Sky Lake-Oak Ridge Subdivision Utility Improvements

The scope of work for this project includes removal (or grout abandonment as indicated) and replacement of approximately 10,500 linear feet of 8″ gravity sanitary sewer main, relining of approximately 15 linear feet of 12″ gravity sanitary sewer main and 540 linear feet of 8″ gravity sanitary sewer main and laterals, removal and replacement of approximately 280 gravity sewer laterals with cleanouts, 59 sanitary manholes, and other appurtenant sewer work and restoration items. Water system improvements (for the Orlando Utilities Commission under this contract) shall include 275 linear feet of 6″ water main, 2,125 linear feet of 4″ water main, 1,925 linear feet of 2″ water main, 14 gate valves and/or tapping sleeves and valves, over 100 water service connections and other appurtenant water system work and restoration items.
