Sapphire Falls Resort

The overall critical path is through completion of structural steel in Bldg M and then goes through MEPF Roughs, Framing & Drywall in the Pre-Function area. The Critical Path for the Hotel/Lobby is through the Exterior Framing/Sheathing and Glazing in Building L (which is being delayed by structural steel in Building M). The remaining portions of the Hotel Critical Path is through Stucco in L and work on the Entry Drive.
The team is following most elements of the Planning SOP except they are combining recoveries and updates to overcome short-term slips.
