The Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District (SCMTD) operation site contains an existing single story 5,250 square feet Service Facility (includes Fueling – CNG and Diesel, Wash and Fare Retrieval). The Proposed 54,132 Square feet Operations Building will be located above a two story parking structure (four story building). The operation building project contains (Ground floor, Parking Deck, First floor, Second Floor).
