Project Overview:

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, supervision and construction services necessary to renovate wards 3D and 5D in building 100 of the Bay Pines VA Medical Center. Each ward is approximately 14,700 gross square feet (gsf) for a total of approximately 29,400 gsf. These wards include a full interstitial space above a full interstitial space above in which all existing services associated with each ward will be demolished and replaced. The project will be phased. The 3D ward will be completed and occupied prior to work beginning on the 5D ward. The project is estimated to be a total of 26 months. 3D ward renovation and occupation (12 months), move in/move out (2 months) and 5D renovation (12 months).
