This bridge is an important link into the heart of Boston that carries traffic over the Boston Inner Harbor between the North End and Charlestown. Replacing the North Washington Street Bridge, improving the motor vehicle lanes but just as importantly, improving the bridge to accommodate pedestrians, cyclists and mass transit users. HSE was responsible for creating a detailed baseline schedule for the project including cost and resource loading on all construction activities. HSE was successful in obtaining approvals on all of the scheduling submittals without any delays to the contractor. The project is currently on time
