Project Overview:

Battelle Memorial Institute (Battelle), in connection with Battelle’s operation and maintenance of the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) needs Design/Build (D/B) services to provide architecture, engineering, design, procurement, construction, and support of Battelle commissioning for a new facility. The GSL shall be a distinguished laboratory designed to include space and infrastructure that promotes creativity, develops technical leaders, and encourages staff members to be bold in their research.
