Project Overview:

Construction of a three-story, approximately 174,000 GSF Polytrauma/Blind Rehabilitation Center, Generator Building, Chiller Building and associated Cooling Towers, Bike Building, and associated site utilities; the demolition of approximately 64,000 GSF of seismic exceptionally high risk two-story Building 48 and two-story Building 2 Wing C and associated site utilities; and the construction of a four-story, approximately 210,000 GSF, cast-in-place, 600-Car Parking Structure. Demolition, site preparation, landscaping and road realignment shall be included.
