New Britain-Hartford Busway (CT)

The Scope of work includes construction of a portion of the Busway, beginning just north of Cedar Street in Newington, CT (STA. 151+41) and running northerly to an end point just north of Sigourney Street in Hartford, CT (STA. 459+00). The project also includes the construction of 7 stations, a new bridge at Flatbush Avenue in West Hartford via grade separation, and the construction of a new gravel access road for Amtrak (AAR).

HSE Contractors was hired by The Middlesex Corp. to develop and maintain a Detailed Cost-Loaded Resource-Loaded Baseline Progress Schedule as well as the updating of the CPM schedule to recognize progress achieved through a certain date.
