11-story residential tower, situated along one of the country’s most beautiful white-sand beaches, Rosewood Residences Lido Key will bring a new ultra-luxury lifestyle experience to Florida. The 65 residences on the Gulf of Mexico beachfront will average approximately 4,200 square feet in size and showcase state-of-the-art finishes and features. Residents will have access to a private restaurant and chef services for in-residence dining and catering, a world-class fitness center with options for private training and yoga sessions, outdoor pools, massage rooms and private guest suites. Downtown Sarasota is short minutes away. HSE accomplished the task of developing a baseline schedule for the Lido Key Residences project.
