Project Overview:

Interstate 85 (I-85) is a part of the Interstate Highway System that runs from Montgomery, Alabama, to Petersburg, Virginia. In Virginia, the Interstate Highway runs 68.64 miles (110.47 km) from the North Carolina state line near Bracey north to I-95 in Petersburg. I-85 passes through the eastern part of Southside. HSE was responsible for creating a delay analysis for Blythe-Zachry JV as the road construction project was delayed due to some design changes.
