I-4 Widening Construction CPM Scheduling

This project’s scope of work included demolition of the existing interstate highway and construction of adjacent lanes to allow for additional lanes. Due to the high volume of traffic, the project was highly phased. The types of work on this project included: drainage, utilities, architecture, roadway and structural work for the bridges. The number of activities on the schedule were in excess of 2,700 and the CPM schedule was resource loaded to allocate man-hours and quantities and equipment on every activity
