Humanities Building and Site Improvements

The Humanities Project consists of a 3 story building containing classrooms, lab offices, 324 seat auditorium, and will also host faculty offices and support space. This new facility is adjacent to the new 60,000 sq. ft. Science Building located on the west side of the Santiago Canyon college campus. The site improvements include paving, curbs, landscaping, irrigation, drainage, and utilities. The new 97,521 sq. ft Humanities building will be a LEED Silver Certified building by the USGBC. HSE Contractors is responsible for updating the project’s schedule on a monthly basis for Seville Construction Services, Inc.
