Project Overview:

This project will provide approximately 7,300 double-depth pre-placed concrete lawn crypts, 5,500 columbarium niches, 110 memorial wall memorials, construction of a new committal shelter and a new Honor Guard building, and new site furnishings in newly developed sections. The project will develop approximately 20 acres to include access roads and parking in newly developed sections; roadways, parking, and walkways will be improved throughout the existing cemetery. Improvements to the existing cemetery will also include drainage improvements to correct existing groundwater issues at selected burial sections; landscaping, grading, and drainage; new irrigation system and new well for irrigation; main entrance area wall and signage improvements; replacement of one existing committal shelter; access improvements to existing scattering garden; widening of vehicle thoroughfares; relocation of existing cortege staging lanes and provision of short-term parking at existing Administration Building and Public Information Center; entrance improvements at existing Administration Building; and Global Positioning System (GPS) site integration.
