Project Overview:

This project’s scope of work included new construction of four buildings: a fire station facility, an auxiliary building, a reserve and a confined space area facility for training purposes. The comprehensive schedule included job assignments of over 50 subcontractors and suppliers, which were filtered per sub/supplier to facilitate the process of tracking work and managing subcontractors.
