The Elmira Corning Regional Airport (ELM) has served the Southern Tier of Central New York and Northern Tier of Central Pennsylvania since 1945. The Airport offers business and leisure traveler’s convenient access to major urban areas while maintaining the advantages of a small, regional airport.HSE was responsible for creating a detailed baseline schedule for the project extension including cost and resource loading on all construction activities. HSE was successful in obtaining approvals on all of the scheduling submittals without any delays to the contractor.
