A developer hired a GC in 2014 to build a high end residential property in Bel Air. The GC did not deliver and fell behind schedule and was then fired in 2015. HSE was retained as an expert witness to assess CPM delay damages as well as cost damages due to all the defects and failed inspections in many areas of the project. HSE had to find ways to determine the current cost of construction to fix all the issues including escalation cost of material and labor. HSE is to testify in court against the contractor who caused all the damages to the developer.
