The navy yard’s project involved an ongoing expansion — that includes the reconstruction of Admiral’s Row, where naval officers once lived, and the creation of a waterfront office building. The new building plan is for 5.1 million more square feet (474,000 square meters). HSE was responsible for creating a detailed baseline schedule for the project including cost and resource loading on all construction activities. HSE was successful in obtaining approvals on all of the scheduling submittals without any delays to the contractor.
