Coastal is a very well known general contractor who has built a lot of high end residences and hi rise buildings in South Florida. HSE has been tasked to do an audit review of the schedules provided by the contractor to make sure that the owner gets his project completed on time in spite of the all the last minute changes requested by the owner. HSE is also providing monthly monitoring on the progress of the schedules by visiting the site and observing the actual progress of the work.
