Project Overview:

The ATL02 Data Center is a large-scale mission-critical development involving multiple data halls and supporting site, building, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure. The project requires coordinated planning across preconstruction, construction, equipment installation, commissioning, and final turnover.

HSE provides CPM scheduling and project controls support, helping coordinate subcontractor activities with the overall project schedule, monitor key milestones, review schedule logic, and maintain visibility of critical work throughout construction and commissioning.
