Project Overview:

The Equinix AT10x / AT11x project is a large-scale mission-critical data center development involving multiple buildings and extensive supporting infrastructure. The project requires coordinated planning across site development, core and shell construction, electrical and mechanical systems, data hall build-out, equipment installation, and commissioning activities.

HSE provided CPM scheduling and project controls support, helping coordinate the project’s major construction workstreams, monitor milestone performance, review schedule logic, and maintain visibility of critical activities throughout the project lifecycle.
