Project Overview:

STN Odessa is a fast-track mission-critical data center project involving the coordinated delivery of site infrastructure, electrical and mechanical systems, data hall installations, and supporting commissioning activities. The project requires careful integration of engineering, procurement, construction, equipment installation, and phased turnover within an accelerated schedule environment.

HSE provides CPM scheduling and project controls support for the project, including schedule development, progress tracking, logic review, milestone coordination, and ongoing schedule management. HSE’s involvement helps the project team maintain visibility of key activities, coordinate multiple workstreams, and support timely project delivery.
