Project Overview:

The Wyoming Campus (WYA) is a massive hyperscale data center development comprising an initial footprint of four full data center buildings. Engineered to support civilization-scale AI workloads and cloud architecture, this mission-critical project features an immense 1.2-gigawatt power requirement, representing one of the largest digital infrastructure power constraints in the region. The project is currently transitioning through Gate 2 due diligence, demanding meticulous coordination across land acquisition, air permitting approvals, early design work package (WSA) swim lanes, and high-voltage power generation milestones to establish a robust master template.

HSE provided end-to-end project controls support for the campus, including CPM scheduling and cost-time analysis. Through detailed schedule planning, logic review, progress tracking, and proactive coordination, HSE helped ensure that each phase of the work was carefully planned, monitored, and executed on time.
