Project Overview:

The Atlanta Campus (ATL088) is a massive Amazon Web Services hyperscale data center facility in Georgia, custom-engineered to expand enterprise cloud networks and high-density digital infrastructure. This mission-critical development represents a major, premier technology investment in the Southeast region, requiring specialized HVAC preconstruction, commercial sheet metal fabrication, and advanced industrial hydronic piping setups. The high technical complexity of the environment demands meticulously accelerated coordination across compressed structural phases, heavy equipment rigging, multi-phase mechanical installation, and strict climate-control testing activities.

HSE provided end-to-end project controls support for the campus, including CPM scheduling and cost-time analysis. Through detailed schedule planning, logic review, progress tracking, and proactive coordination, HSE helped ensure that each phase of the work was carefully planned, monitored, and executed on time.
