Veterinary Orthopedic SM Fclty (VA)

This project consisted of some demolition work and build out to the existing building. The project schedule was very tight as all the work had to be completed within four month. A delay in one of the building permits resulted in significant delays to the original planned activities. The schedule logic had to be resequenced and the project team used the revised schedule to meet the deadline. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
