The project scope of work was to renovate the interior of the fourth floor in Terminal J for the Delta Crown Club. The Delta Crown Club is a high-end lounge area designed exclusively for Delta frequent flyers. The 7,500 square feet renovation included a quiet room, smoking area, working desks, bar, dining area, restrooms, and front desks for faster check-in. Catalyst provided a schedule to coordinate subcontractor work in order to complete the project on time.
