Rebar shop drawings delayed pouring the concrete on every floor. After working with the design team, HSE has suggested divorcing the progress of the vertical core of the building, which is a critical path item from pouring the horizontal concrete deck by using a local sheer connection which helped recover significant time on the schedule.
