Assessment
We review your current BIM setup, standards, and workflows. If you do not have any yet, we start from scratch.
Most firms that struggle with BIM do not have a technology problem. They have a process problem. The software is there. The models exist. But nobody agreed on naming conventions. Nobody wrote down who owns the model at each phase. Nobody defined what LOD is expected at design development vs construction documents.
That is how you end up with models that do not talk to each other. Coordination meetings that go nowhere because the models are not built to the same standard. And deliverables that have to be redone because the BEP was either missing or ignored.

This is a question we get a lot, and the answer is simple.
If you need someone to produce a 3D model from your drawings, you need BIM Modeling Services. That is production work.
If you need someone to help you figure out how BIM should be set up, managed, and governed on your project or across your firm, you need BIM consulting. That is advisory work.
Some projects need both. HSE can handle that because we have both teams. But the two services are separate, and they belong on separate contracts with separate scopes.
BIM consulting is advisory work focused on planning, standards, governance, and workflow implementation. BIM modeling is production work focused on building 3D models from drawings and specifications. HSE provides both as separate services.
A BEP is a project document that defines how BIM will be used on a specific project. It covers goals, roles, model ownership, LOD requirements, file naming, deliverable schedules, and coordination protocols. HSE writes project-specific BEPs as part of our consulting services.
BIM management is the ongoing oversight of BIM processes during a project. This includes managing model quality, coordination schedules, deliverable tracking, and issue resolution across all disciplines. HSE provides BIM management as a standalone service or as part of a consulting engagement.
It depends on the scope. A single-project BIM setup with a BEP and standards can take 2 to 4 weeks. A firm-wide BIM implementation with templates, training, and workflow rollout can take 2 to 6 months, depending on team size and project complexity.
Yes. We run BIM audits to review your current setup, find gaps in standards or workflows, and provide a written action plan with recommended fixes. This is one of the most common reasons firms bring us in.
Yes. HSE provides BIM training on Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and coordination workflows. Training is structured based on the role. Production staff get modeling training. PMs and coordinators get workflow and management training.
BIM consulting is used across commercial, healthcare, hospitality, data center, industrial, residential, and public sector construction. Any project that involves multiple disciplines producing BIM models benefits from having a consulting structure in place.
Pricing depends on the scope of work, whether it is a single-project engagement or a firm-wide rollout, and the level of ongoing support needed. After reviewing your situation, we provide a proposal with defined deliverables and pricing.
Yes. Many of our clients use HSE for both advisory and production work. The two services run on separate scopes with defined deliverables so there is no overlap or confusion about who is doing what.
