Construction-First
Our modelers come from the field. We understand trade sequencing and exactly what contractors need to build without delay.
Most construction delays do not come from bad weather or material shortages. They come from coordination failures. A duct route that conflicts with a beam. Plumbing that runs straight through an electrical panel.
On a typical commercial project, the cost of rework caused by poor coordination can run between 2% and 5% of the total project cost.
Every field conflict that requires an RFI, a redesign, and a new submittal cycle adds days or weeks to the timeline.

Not every firm has the internal modeling capacity to handle every project. When workloads spike or deadlines tighten, hiring full-time BIM staff is not always practical.
HSE provides BIM modeling outsourcing for contractors, engineering firms, and architecture offices that need extra production capacity on a project basis. You send us your drawings, specs, and project standards. We assign modelers who follow your naming conventions, LOD requirements, and file format needs. You get Revit models and deliverables that look like they came from your own team.
This is not BIM Consulting. It is production support. You keep control of the project. We handle the modeling volume. BIM outsourcing works best for firms handling multiple projects at once, teams going through peak workload periods, or companies that need LOD 300 to 400 models on a tight schedule without adding permanent staff.

These are coordination models from real HSE projects, not stock renders.
3D building geometry tied to the construction schedule, enabling the team to plan phasing and spot scheduling conflicts.
Checking spatial clearances for plumbing lines against structural framing, ductwork, and electrical conduit.
Our team works with industry-standard BIM platforms.
HSE Contractors has been delivering BIM modeling and construction consulting services for years, with offices in New York City, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Tampa, Chicago, Denver, Brooklyn, Dallas, and Washington DC.
A BIM model includes 3D geometry, spatial relationships, material data, and dimensional information. Depending on the project scope and LOD, it can also include system-specific data like equipment specs, pipe sizes, duct dimensions, and coordination attributes. Some projects add time data (4D) and cost data (5D) to the model as well.
Yes. HSE provides Scan to BIM services that take laser scan data or field measurements and convert them into a 3D model of existing conditions. This is commonly used for renovation, retrofit, and facility management projects where accurate as-built documentation is needed.
Timelines depend on the number of disciplines, LOD, model size, and coordination cycles. After reviewing your drawings and project scope, we provide a schedule with milestones for model setup, coordination rounds, and final delivery.
Pricing depends on discipline scope (architectural, structural, MEP), LOD, number of coordination cycles, deliverable formats, and turnaround time. After a review of your drawings and scope, we provide a proposal with deliverables and pricing.
HSE supports LOD 200 through LOD 400. LOD 200 is for early design coordination. LOD 300 and 350 are for trade coordination and construction planning. LOD 400 supports fabrication and shop drawing production.
BIM has become the standard for most commercial and institutional construction projects, but it has not fully replaced CAD. BIM builds on traditional 2D workflows by adding 3D geometry, embedded data, and coordination capabilities that flat drawings cannot provide. Many firms still use AutoCAD alongside Revit for specific tasks like detail sheets and site plans.
3D BIM is a geometric building model. 4D adds scheduling data so teams can simulate the construction sequence over time. 5D adds cost information for quantity takeoffs, budget tracking, and cost forecasting. HSE delivers all three.
BIM modeling is used by architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and project managers. Anyone involved in the design or construction of a building benefits from working with a coordinated digital model.
Yes. HSE provides BIM outsourcing and production support for contractors and engineering firms that need extra modeling capacity. We work within your project standards, templates, and BEP so the output plugs into your existing workflow.
