Project Overview:

Design & Construction of the roof repair and replacement, door and window hardware upgrades, and the replacement of HVAC systems at the Department of Homeland Security – ICE El Paso Processing Center, El Paso, TX. There were approximately nineteen (19) different buildings, in this project, that will require either the demolition of the existing ballasted roof system and a total roof repair with a new TPO roofing membrane or the repair of the existing TPO or EPDM roof systems. There are several buildings where the roof is being replaced that will also require the removal of the existing HVAC equipment and the installation of new HVAC equipment.
