SR-688 (Ulmerton Road) Construction CPM Scheduling

The Improvements under this Contract consist of widening, milling and resurfacing of SR-688 from Lake Seminole Bypass Canal to El Centro/Ranchero Boulevard. The project also includes improvements to roadway, drainage, signing and pavement marking, signalization, lighting and utilities. HSE is in charge of doing some changes on the baseline schedule along with adding cost-loading and responsibility coding for the baseline activities.
