Queens HS Renovation (NY)

This project consisted of significant reinforcement of the existing building structure as well as renovation of the interior by applying better finishes. The project was challenging because all work had to be completed before the new school year began. A delay in one of the building permits resulted in significant delays to the original planned activities and required another sequencing of the schedule logic. The project team used the revised schedule to meet the deadline and the project was delivered on time and within budget.
