The Pixon Luxury Apartments is expected to bring a new level of urban-style, luxury living within walking distance of the planned Lake Nona Town Center.

Expected to start work on the next $300 million phase by year’s end.

The apartments will include 157 units, 26,336 square feet of ground-level retail space and 380 parking spaces.

All apartments will have 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows and the urban-inspired project’s main tower will connect to a three-story parking structure via an enclosed second-story walkway.

The multifamily complex will have a car-share program featuring the Tesla Model 3. An 11-story, mixed-use project featuring Orlando’s first tiny apartments, known as micro units. Construction is expected to start in September on Pixon, across from the Lake Nona Town Center in southeast Orlando.
