This project includes renovations of all building 3 floors, elevations, roofing system and all external site landscaping and utilities. The project is challanging because of the tight deadlines as the project has 11 contractual milestones that must be met during a 4 months time. HSE is responsible for developing a cost-loaded resource-loaded baseline schedule as well as the updating the schedule on a bi-weekly basis.
